She never followed that advice, but now after five years as a single mother raising her son alone, she sees the wisdom of this platitude. It allows her to spend time with her son Danny during the day, while not quite dating summary sister attends school, and then her sister watches him at night.
It is a contemporary romance novel that takes place during the Christmas season. It is an opposite attracts story of the romance between billionaire Jack and Jessie, a single mom who is struggling to make ends meet. She is barely earning a living as a waitress. Jack, fed up with being chased by gold diggers looking at his wallet, is going to pretend to be poor and try to find someone who actually loves him for who he is, not how much money he has in his bank accounts. Jessie meanwhile, is looking for someone who is going to be able to provide financial security for both her and her five year old son and help her on her path to a better life. This is a classic feel good story.

I also love the sense of family and how important it is to each charterer. I really tried to like this novel. Good character development for her, somewhat so for him and you get a feel for how difficult her life has been. Maybe I need to believe more in that elusive "walks into the room and click" feeling that makes a guy lose his rationality to pursue a total stranger
